Jérome Charlon
 is a Senior PPM Consultant based in Sydney, Australia

Jérome is owner of an engineer diploma in Networking and
Computer science. Additionally, Jerome is MCP and MCTS certified on Microsoft Project Server and Project Online . 
He is managing as well technical as well functional aspects of the Microsoft PPM solution. His strong experience in the different processes and methodologies allows him today to recommend the best project management practices and associated tools.

After 7 years in a manufacturing company managing the Microsoft EPM environment in Grenoble, France, Jerome moved to Montréal, Canada to manage the CGI's EPM 2010 SaaS solution. This experience in implementing the Microsoft PPM Solution in complex environments leads him to move to Sydney, Australia where he ensures the role of a Senior Consultant at PCU3ED.
Jérome is part of the Microsoft P-Seller program for Australias which allows him to cover a sales role in the PPM ecosystem for PCU3ED.

Jerome's goal on this blog is to share his experience in using the Microsoft PPM suite including reporting with Excel, Power BI as well as other integrated tools in Office 365 that may improve the PPM experience.



Guillaume Rouyre is a ten (10) years experienced EPM solution senior architect. 
He is MCP and MCTS certified on Project Server 2010 and 2013.

He is graduated from a french engineering school in mechanics. He also has a master degree in Supply Chain, obtained in Sweden. Finally he successfully followed a Master in Business and Administration (MBA) in project management.

He is specialized since 2006 in EPM deployments and migrations. From 2003 to 2016 versions including Project Online, he's able to support business analysis, configuration, BI reports, documentation, training, coaching... His various experiences allowed him covering many processes such as resource management, project and portfolio management, costs managements aligned on the CMMi/PMBoK best practices.
Guillaume has developed for CGI in Québec/Canada the EPM2010 SaaS Service offer and is currently working in France as a senior EPM solution architect and IT manager for various customers. I has been awarded 4 times as MVP Project starting in 2014 and publishes in february 2016 his first book in french : Project 2016 manual at ENI editions. Last recognition, after being nominated as P-Seller Project for Québec province in 2014, he's now holding the same role since 2016 in France for CGI.
